Services Include

A well groomed, adorable donkey for your event. Each donkey is cleaned, groomed, and dressed to impress.
Transportation of donkeys to and from your venue with care.
Prompt Service. We take pride in being punctual. To ensure everything is perfect, we schedule a 30-minute preparation window to dress the donkeys and fill their serving baskets.
Our Professional Handlers are trained to manage the donkeys, photograph and support your event. Each handler has a background in equine handling and customer service.
Servers dressed for your occasion. Our donkeys will be dressed in flowing garland, twinkling lights, woven baskets and option heat wear. Their outfits are 100% customizable to coordinate with your event’s theme.
Leave no trace behind. Our donkeys are equipped with “Bun Bags”. These bags collect any waste from the animals and allows us to go where no animals have gone before!
Event coordination. We endure timeliness, contract and day of details are fulfilled. No stressful day-of management to worry about. We’ve got you covered!
PRICING
We are happy to help customize your perfect event. Prices range depending on the type and location of event. Contact us!
A 50% deposit is required at the time of scheduling to hold you reservation. We cannot hold dates until we receive your deposit and the signed agreement. There is a $500 non-refundable deposit required with booking. The remaining deposit and any additional payment can be refunded up to 24 hours prior to the event.
Final payment must be received no later than 7 days prior to your event.

We’re thrilled to collaborate with some amazing vendors & venues around Charlotte, NC, and we’d love to share a few tips to help you choose a space that complements our friendly servers!

Look for a venue featuring an inviting outdoor area. It should be spacious and accessible, allowing your guests to mingle freely and enjoy the company of our wonderful animals.

Ample parking and easy navigation is a must! We’ll need enough space to park our 25 ft. trailer for a couple of hours—so let's make sure it's conveniently located and doesn’t violate any parking rules. It is also beneficial to have enough room for us to prepare our animals, so parking on busy roads should be avoided.

The venue should be easy to access, avoiding narrow roads and tight entryways.
