Meet The Team
Our team of Beer Burros are gentle, loving, and well-trained. They thrive on attention and add a unique, memorable touch to any event. You’ll be glad you invited them—they're sure to be the cutest bartenders you’ve ever met!

Minnie
Our sweetest, steadiest, and most seasoned beer burro. Minnie joined us from another venue where she was professionally trained and has spent her life delighting guests everywhere she goes. With years of experience, a calm demeanor, and a heart full of love, Minnie is the definition of reliable charm and has built a life centered around adventure, connection, and making people smile.


Walter
The OG of QC Beer Burros, he inspired this entire journey. He’s the reason this whole adventure began! While he may be the smallest of our burros, Walter fits effortlessly into any space and brings a big, playful personality wherever he goes. With his charm and camera‑ready looks, Walter is guaranteed to steal hearts both in person and in photos.
Billy
Meet our youngest beer burro—and Minnie’s little half brother! This big ol’ love bug is always ready for a scratch and a treat, spreading joy everywhere he goes. With his affectionate nature and happy spirit, he’s a guaranteed crowd favorite.


Fiona
Surprise—Fiona isn’t a donkey at all! She’s our secret mini mule, and she brings extra flair to every event. Intelligent, sweet, and full of personality, Fiona adds a unique twist to your cocktail hour that’s guaranteed to wow your guests.
Jojo
Meet Jojo, our Beer Steer and true gentleman. Friendly, intuitive, and endlessly sweet, Jojo may be the youngest on our team, but he carries himself with remarkable maturity and professionalism. He takes pride in serving guests and making everyone feel welcomed, loved, and special. With his warm, thoughtful interactions, Jojo brings the true spirit of hospitality to every event—and leaves guests wishing the night would never end.

Suggie
The pint‑sized pony every event needs. She may be the smallest member of our crew, but her impact is unforgettable. She brings the biggest love and joy wherever she goes. With her calm nature, tiny ears, and big expressive eyes, Suggie is pure magic and an instant crowd favorite.

Services Include
A well groomed, adorable donkey for your event. Each donkey is cleaned, groomed, and dressed to impress.
Transportation of donkeys to and from your venue with care.
Prompt Service. We take pride in being punctual. To ensure everything is perfect, we schedule a 30-minute preparation window to dress the donkeys and fill their serving baskets.
Our Professional Handlers are trained to manage the donkeys, photograph and support your event. Each handler has a background in equine handling and customer service.
Servers dressed for your occasion. Our donkeys will be dressed in flowing garland, twinkling lights, woven baskets and option heat wear. Their outfits are 100% customizable to coordinate with your event’s theme.
Leave no trace behind. Our donkeys are equipped with “Bun Bags”. These bags collect any waste from the animals and allows us to go where no animals have gone before!
Event coordination. We endure timeliness, contract and day of details are fulfilled. No stressful day-of management to worry about. We’ve got you covered!
PRICING
We are happy to help customize your perfect event. Prices range depending on the type and location of event. Contact us!
A 50% deposit is required at the time of scheduling to hold you reservation. We cannot hold dates until we receive your deposit and the signed agreement. There is a $500 non-refundable deposit required with booking. The remaining deposit and any additional payment can be refunded up to 24 hours prior to the event.
Final payment must be received no later than 7 days prior to your event.

We’re thrilled to collaborate with some amazing vendors & venues around Charlotte, NC, and we’d love to share a few tips to help you choose a space that complements our friendly servers!

Look for a venue featuring an inviting outdoor area. It should be spacious and accessible, allowing your guests to mingle freely and enjoy the company of our wonderful animals.

Ample parking and easy navigation is a must! We’ll need enough space to park our 25 ft. trailer for a couple of hours—so let's make sure it's conveniently located and doesn’t violate any parking rules. It is also beneficial to have enough room for us to prepare our animals, so parking on busy roads should be avoided.

The venue should be easy to access, avoiding narrow roads and tight entryways.
